Introduction:-
The Mikadono Groupis a worldwide business company based in Japan and led by Kumagoro Mikadono. He names his son Shogo heir to his position in the company. However, after Kumagoro dies, his widow Kanoko becomes the new acting chairman as Shogo transfers to his father's alma mater Miryuin Private Academy. According to his father's will, Shogo will take over the company after he graduates provided that he finds a life partner before then. Fortunately, there is a large female population at Miryuin Academy to choose from. Life at the Academy will not be all smooth sailing, however. He is immediately popular because of his name and position as heir to Kumagoro's company and has caught the eye of several female students. To complicate matters further, although he was raised as an only child, Shogo apparently has a younger half-sister who was raised separately who also goes to the same school and intends to get closer to him without revealing her true identity. How will he act knowing that any girl he chooses to be his life partner may also be his sister?

Is insanity hereditary? Shougo Mikadono's beginning to think so, because the terms of his late father's will seem crazy and following them may drive Shougo bonkers as well. Oh, it sounds simple at first: before Shougo can claim his VERY large inheritance, he just has to start attending a certain new school and find a nice girl to marry. It's a little unromantic, but perfectly do-able, right? After all, all the girls seem quite friendly, so all Shougo has to do is find one he has something in common with. EXCEPT, and here's the kicker, it turns out that Shougo has WAY too much in common with one of them, because she's actually his long lost sister! And he has no idea which one she is! Will Shougo meet and court his Miss Right without committing something very morally wrong? Can he find his future bride without slipping into the wrong set of genes? And if his little sister does reveal herself, just how much will be revealed and under what circumstances?

.Shougo had just came back from his father's funeral. He had learned about his large inheritance, but in order to receive it, he must attend a school and get married to a lovely girl. But, one of the girls is his long-lost sister. Shougo, heir to the Mikadono Group, knew he didn't want to bone his sister, so he became a temporary Private Investigator, searching and uncovering the identity of his long-lost sister. Will he succeed? Or will he bone his sister?
With his naive, kind, and determined personality, he ventures forth into the unknown school called Miryuin Private Academy and searchesfor his sister. There, he encountered many women, like the blond, competitive princess Rinka, or the childish and quiet student council president Mana, or the mysterious witch girl. Every girl he encountered were suspicious and questionable. He needed an assistant and, thus, Ikusu, aka 'Mr. X', showed up. With 'Mr. X, as his partner, they followed up on some leads and would soon uncover the mystery. Or will they?
Private Investigator Shougo has been, for three days, searching for the elusive Imouto. He has followed up on several leads, all of which had led to dead ends. As of now, there are five potential candidates, and they all seem very suspicious, as if they know who is the real “IMOUTO”, but refuse to tell him. He was getting desperate. He needed evidence, he needed some lead.
Just when he was at his wit’s end, Mr. X, his partner, burst through the door. She noticed his frustration and offered a suggestion.
She said, “Why don’t we do a DNA test? I’ll get the hair samples of all the candidates and then we can compare them with your hair.”
He had almost forgotten that Mr. X was a ninja in training, and it completely slipped his mind to use a DNA test. What a fool he was.
He said, “Your right! Why didn’t I think of that? Go get the samples, and then perform a DNA test.”
Yes… indeed. Here is another harem type anime (for those who have been waiting for one) and this one is also a very nice one indeed. I think the above picture can just about sum up what the series is going to be consisting of. Let’s list them out; a group of cute girls, one guy in the middle, and the word “imouto” in the title… if you’re a romantic comedy/harem/ecchi anime fan, then you just know that those cooked together make a nice little harem tale for us to feast our eyes on.
Kono Naka ni Hitori, Imouto ga Iru! (lit. My Little Sister is Among Them!) revolves around Mikadono Shougo, the son of a wealthy business man, who unfortunately dies from a freak accident. At the funeral, Shougo meets a girl who is concealing her face and claims to be Shougo’s sister. Shougo has been on a search for her little sister, who was seperated from him at birth. Unable to confirm the identity of the mysterious “little sister”, Shougo begins to attend Miryuuin Academy in the hopes of finding his little sister. There, he meets many girls who start to gain an interest in Shougo. However, Shougo is unable to start any relationships with any of the girls as one of them seems to be his little sister. Thus Shougo begins to search out his sister while “avoiding” the many seductive “attacks” played out by the many girls that surround him.
Conclusion :-
All in all, yes. This is one of those ordinary harem/ecchi romance stories that involves plenty of fan-service and drama and such. But what’s not to say that these “seen as ordinary” anime’s aren’t good to watch? In fact, every now and then they’re pretty good, this series being no exception. I personally enjoyed this series quite a bit (that opening, oh my… addicting as hell), and so I think it deserves to be watched by you as well.
Recommendation :-
Of course -, Its an Ecchi, School anime.
My rcommendation is 8/10.
