Introduction:-
Some people suddenly find religion, but for 16-year-old Kusanagi Godou, it's that REALLY old time religion that's found him! As the result of defeating the God of War in mortal combat, Godou's stuck with the unwanted position of Campione!, or God Slayer, whose duty is to fight Heretical Gods whenever they try to muscle in on the local turf. Not only is this likely to make Godou roadkill on the Highway to Heaven, it's also a job that comes with a lot of other problems. Like how to deal with the fact that his "enhanced status" is attracting a bevy of overly-worshippy female followers. After all, they're just there to aid him in his demi-godly duties, right? So why is it that their leader, the demonically manipulative sword-mistress Erica Blandelli, seems to have such a devilish interest in encouraging some VERY unorthodox activities? Get ready for immortal affairs, heavenly harems and lots of dueling deities taking pious in the face as the ultimate smash, bash and thrash of the Titans rocks both Heaven and Earth.

Plot/Summary :-
Godou Kusanagi, a former middle school baseball player who had to retire due to injury, is asked by his grandfather to return a stone tablet to a friend in Sardinia named Lucrezia Zora. After meeting the demonically manipulative sword-mistress Erica Blandelli, he encounters the god of war, Verethragna. After killing the god, Godou becomes a Campione, or god slayer. His duty is to fight heretical gods who start changing things to suit themselves, usually at the expense of the people in the area. One of the problems associated with being a Campione, is that his status keeps attracting attention and difficult girls. Erica, who strongly professes her love for him, usually creates awkward and misunderstood situations for him in particular. Every time he fights a god, he kisses one of the girls he has brought with him.
Quotes :-
"All you have right is strong power. Yes, a god stronger than anyone else, but just a wilful monster. You cannot be called a hero in this state. I don't consider a guy a hero with just power alone! This is why I don't want to obey, and feel no need to kneel. Any objections?"

Story :-
Alright so when i watched the first episode of Campione i said to myself, i wonder where this is going. The answer i got was to sleep. For a fairly interesting concept it does very little to wow me in the ways of story or characters.
I find most of the characters not very likable or even memorable so far. With the exception of one cast member i feel most are far to obnoxious, silent or superfluous to the show so far. Even character designs are lack luster and leave more to be desired. With cliche things like a shrine maiden, school boy and samurai girl i feel pretty unimpressed with the cast.
Back on topic with plot, it feels very minimal and just sloppy in a way. When i watch this i feel like they did not really put much effort into it. I mean the initial episode had clashes of gods but everything after was just owls and swords which is just to literal. For a character gifted with 10 god powers he uses them all very scarcely and focuses more time on impressing a shrine girl. And despite the fact he has 10 powers it still always ends in one last desperate strike to end it all a anime staple of the genre but very poorly done for this series.
If you thought that you can’t kill a god, then think again! Because here’s an anime that shows you just what happens when you “kill a god”. It also shows us the awesomeness that is the “harem” genre; I mean we see the harem scenes in quite a few anime’s (that’s what makes anime different from normal animated series, I guess…), but here is a harem series that takes the genre to the next level. If you’ve seen this series, then you’ll know what I mean when I say this… but if you haven’t, then let me explain to you why.
Campione! revolves around Kusanagi Godou, a highschool student who gained the power of the gods after defeating the God of War in combat and gaining the title of the Campione (translated as “champion” in Italian). However, the title of Campione comes with many problems and difficulties. For one, it gains the attention of many different girls, including the ultra-bold swordsman, Erica Brandelli, who swears to serve under Godou with all her heart and love. Another problem that Godou must face is the many threats and enemies that come from the Heaven’s. Godou must continue to face enemies and girls to maintain his title of the Campione.

The anime contains a total of 13 episodes and aired during the Summer 2012 Anime Season (July 2012 – September 2012). The series is animated by Studio Diomedia; an animation studio that is not particularly well known but have animated some recognizable series in the past, including Chokotto Sister, Bokurano and Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu. The anime series is originally based off a light novel series written by Taketsuki Jyo.
The series casts some recognizable voice actors, including the now-attention-seeking voice actor Matsuoka Yoshitsugi who voices Kusanagi Godou (and is also known as the voices of Kanda Sorata from Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo and most famously voices Kirito from Sword Art Online), the long-standing voice actor Hikasa Yoko who voices Erica (and is also known as the voices of Mio from K-ON! and Rias Gremory from High School DxD) and other well-known voice actors such as Hanazawa Kana, Kitamura Eri and Saito Yuka.

Conclusion :-
The series was highly acclaimed for its rather large push in the harem genre, ocasionally showing some quite hard kiss scenes (that could’ve almost being included in the erotica genre) and its rather unique story and character development. I quite enjoyed this series, for both its visuals and its story; although there were a couple of minor flaws that were present as the story progressed, I believe this is another great one to watch if you like your harem or fantasy anime. A word of advice though: you should probably watch this series while your parents aren’t in the room, or they might get the wrong idea.
Recommendation :-
Of course , Its an Nice anime.
My rcommendation is 9/10.
I strongly recommend it for Ecchi lover.

I found this one a bit repetitive and as I never really liked any of the characters it didn't do much for me. Good concept with the god slaying but it never really managed to do enough with that concept to make it worth the while.
